This flight takes us over the Cook Inlet oil platforms, past two active volcanoes (Mt. Redoubt and Mt. Iliamna) in Lake Clark National Park, and over the bays and estuaries of the western shore of Cook Inlet. We then traverse Double Glacier down to the wet lands where we quite often see beavers, wolves, moose, bears, and sea otters. This flight includes a beach landing in which we will stop and stretch our legs and take a few pictures. This is the best flight to see bears which can be quite numerous, especially in June. The flight lasts around 3 hours including time on the beach.

Harding Ice Field:
This is one of the most beautiful flights in the world. We fly over Skilak Lake then directly up the Skilak Glacier to the truly impressive Harding Ice Field. Weather permitting, we will then traverse the ice fields and descend into the Kenai Fjords, (one of the top 10 wonders of the world), where huge glaciers hang from cliffs and calve into deep bays. On the return trip through the Kenai Mountains we should see lots of wildlife including Mountain Goats, Sheep, Caribou, Moose, and possibly a Bear or two. This flight lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Clamming:
Our clamming trips are unbeatable. The clams are very large, and abundant.
Kustatan River:
The Kustatan River is undoubtedly the most productive Silver Salmon River in the region. Thousands of Salmon are pulled from its murky glacial waters each summer between the middle of July and the end of August. If you want to catch fish, this is the place to go! We provide the bait. All you need to bring is warm clothes, rain gear, lunch and your tackle.
